Shipping & Delivery
In-stock items processed through westvalleyjewelrydoctor.com will be shipped within 3-5 days of purchase.  Custom designed merchandise, family jewelry, special ordered watches and items engraved with personal information will require additional processing time before shipment.  Currently we require a flat rate shipping fee which includes insurance through USPS on all shipments.  Items are insured in order to protect our customers orders as the protection and satisfaction of our customers is our number one priority.

At westvalleyjewelrydoctor.com we are commited to protecting our customers privacy and personal information.  We will never sell or give any of your personal information to anyone.  The information we gather is used to provide better service and information to our customers.
westvalleyjewelrydoctor.com is the sole owner of all information we collect from our users on our website.  This information will never be sold, shared or rented to others in any way.
Returns & Replacements
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 30 days.  However, custom designed merchandise, family jewelry, special ordered watches and items engraved with personal information cannot be returned or exchanged.
Watches must be unworn, unaltered and in original condition to be accepted for return or exchange.  All packaging, instructions and warranties, as applicable, must be included with the return or exchange of a watch or a restocking fee equal to 20% of the original purchase price may apply.  No restocking fee shall apply if the reason for the return or exchange is due to a defect.
Exchanges are not accepted at westvalleyjewelrydoctor.com and must be handled in our store at 3684 West 5400 South in Taylorsville, Utah.
If you purchased an item from westvalleyjewelrydoctor.com and had it shipped directly to you, please follow these instructions for a return:
Indicate the return reason on the lower portion of the packing slip and include a description of the item you are returning if multiple items were purchased.
Include your packing slip and all original documentation with your merchandise (you may want to make a copy of your packing slip to keep for your records).
Pack the item securely.  Use the original package if possible.
Please ship your merchandise pre-paid and insured for the full purchase price to the address indicated on your packing slip.

Your packing slip must accompany your return.
All returns are subject to inspection by our Quality Assurance team before a refund is processed.
We will credit your original method of payment excluding delivery charges within 7 days of receiving your return.
westvalleyjewelrydoctor.com is not responsible for merchandise it does not receive or is not returned in accordance with these terms.
Ordering
We request information from the user on our order form.  Here a user must provide contact information (like name, phone number and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number and expiration date).  This information is used  for billing purposes and to fulfill a customer's order.  If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the customer.
